DMCA Policy

Eric Dane True Evil respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that material residing on or accessible through the Eric Dane True Evil website or service infringes your copyright, please send a notice of copyright infringement containing the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that has been allegedly infringed.
  2. Identification of works or materials being infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its location, with sufficient detail so that Eric Dane True Evil is capable of finding it and verifying its existence.
  4. Contact information about the notifying party, including address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that the notifying party has a good faith belief that the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and the notifying party is authorized to make the complaint on behalf of the copyright owner.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that a notice of copyright infringement has been wrongly filed against you, you may send us a counter-notification. For a counter-notification to be effective, it must be a written communication provided to our Designated Copyright Agent and include substantially the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Eric Dane True Evil may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of infringement or an agent of such person.
